Our Young Adult section is growing
and we need your help!

We've rearranged to expand the area and would like recommendations for new titles and/or series. We're here to provide the books you want to read. And what about magazines? Any you think we should get?

In library-speak, teens are often referred to as
"Young Adults"

Materials (ie., "books") may be classified as "young adult" because of the subject matter, the writing style and/or the relevancy of the story to the lives of "young adults."

Programs for teens also assume a level of maturity, sometimes simply in ability. For example, supervision with scissors is presumed unnecessary!
